TL;DR

A maid cafe in the Red Light District that you can walk into on day one as a customer (no Fem gate at the door) and eventually work at if you build up Fem 30 and accept the uniform from Hana. Customer path is three menu items at $8 / $12 / $15 with Energy refills; worker path is a 30-Energy shift that pays $40-70 plus tips, runs an 8-event customer shuffle, and slowly advances hana_relationship from 0 to 4. A karaoke / dance Special Event opens once you’ve worked 10+ shifts at Hana relationship 3+.

The “Talk to Hana” choice appears at stage 1 with Fem 15+. The “Ask Hana about working here” choice opens at stage 2 with Fem 30+. The “Work a shift” choice opens at stage 3.

Customer path

MaidCafe_Order is the cheapest food in the game outside the corner store, plus theatrical maid presentation:

Worker path

MaidCafe_Shift (30 Energy, 1 TimeSlot) hard-caps at 2 shifts/day. The shift handles its own pay math, relationship growth, and routes into the 8-event customer shuffle.

Master-route runs master_cut(cafe_pay) and surfaces the cut as a separate result line.

The 8-event customer shuffle.

cafe_event_cycle rotates through 8 customer encounters, one per shift:

Nervous. First-timer at table 3. Be sweet (+1 Fem, $10 tip) or stay professional.
Regular Mr. Tanaka. Thursday loyal. Fem 50+ unlocks a Velvet Lounge upsell ($20 tip if you flirt).
Selfie. College girls. Pose for a photo (+1 Fem, +2 sissy_fame) or decline.
Rude customer. “This is cold.” Sub 40+ unlocks “Apologize and remake it.” Otherwise call Hana, who handles it like a pink tornado.
Kid. Little girl asks if you’re a real maid. “The realest one here” (+1 Fem) or smile and walk past.
Big Tip. Recurring businessman drops $50 under his plate. +$50, +1 Fem.
Cosplay Day. Magical Girl outfit. +2 Fem, +$30. Wearing the cage adds +5 Arousal, +2 Shame, “the skirt barely covers it” beat.
Late Night. After 10pm. Fem 40 + Sub 30 unlocks a confident woman in the corner booth. +8 Arousal, +2 Sub, +1 Fem, $30 tip + her number on a napkin.

Hana the manager

hana_relationship advances at fixed shift counts (every 5 shifts up to a cap of 4). Two scripted beats:

Relationship 3 (5 shifts): “When you started I thought you’d last a week. Now you’re one of my best.”
Relationship 4 (10 shifts): she hand-decorates a custom name tag for you. “You’re not just staff anymore. You’re family.”

Visiting at stage 3+ (already a worker) and hana_relationship >= 3 unlocks Stage (Special Event) as a hub choice.

Special Event (karaoke / dance)

MaidCafe_SpecialEvent requires cafe_shifts >= 10. Below the threshold, Hana waves you off (“the stage isn’t for beginners”).

Two performance choices:

Sing. Pop song, voice cracks, whole cafe sings along. +2 Fem, +5 sissy_fame, +2 Shame.
Dance. Hana’s beat, no choreography. +3 Fem, +8 sissy_fame, +3 Shame. Wearing the cage adds +5 Arousal and a “you hope nobody notices, you hope everybody notices” line.

Dressing room

MaidCafe_DressingRoom is a flavor stop available at stage 3+. The “Get changed for shift” choice fires #item:save_outfit + #item:equip_cafe_maid_uniform, so you’re auto-restored to your previous outfit on leave (#item:restore_outfit on the Leave choice). Fem 50+ adds a Yuki cameo (“you fill out the uniform better than I do now”). Wearing the cage adds a “the uniform is short, this is a concern” beat.

Tips and gotchas

The uniform is auto-managed, don't strip it manually

The Dressing Room hotspot calls save_outfit before equipping the maid uniform, and the Leave choice calls restore_outfit to swap you back. You never need to wardrobe-manage at the cafe yourself. Doing so manually can desync the save / restore pair.

Customer path has no Fem gate, ever

Unlike the Velvet Lounge (Fem 20 customer gate, Fem 50 worker gate), the cafe lets a Day-1 femboy walk in and order a parfait. Hana herself reads the room and adjusts her dialogue (Fem 15+ unlocks “Talk to Hana”; Fem 30+ unlocks the job application). The minimum Fem you need to MEET Hana with any depth is 15.

Special Event needs the full ten shifts

The 10-shift gate is hard: at 9 shifts with Hana relationship 4, Hana still tells you “not yet, cutie.” Karaoke is a milestone, not a relationship reward. If you’re chasing the +5-8 sissy_fame bump, plan around the shift count.

Late Night is the only worker scene with explicit content

The other 7 shuffle events are PG, customer-service flavour. Late Night (event 8) is the only one that escalates into a sexual beat (corner-booth woman, +8 Arousal, +2 Sub), and it gates on Fem 40 + Sub 30. The cafe is much softer-touch than the Velvet Lounge or the bar.
