TL;DR

Lily meets you in the club dressing room after three completed shifts. She’s been dancing two years, transitioned three years before that, and treats you the way someone wishes they’d been treated when they started. The arc runs four stages: introduction, makeup mentor, girls’ night at a 3 AM diner, and a private rooftop conversation that’s the closest thing to real friendship the game offers.

She is explicitly a mentor, not a romance. There’s no intimate stage. Her closing line — “You’re not performing. You’re arriving.” — is the entire point of the character.

How you meet her

Lily is not the bar manager. The “Lily” name-drop in Bar_FirstShift (the bartender who shows you how to pour) is a passing flavour reference, not the same character.

The actual Lily arc lives at the club:

  • Work at least 3 shifts at the Club (club_shifts_worked >= 3).
  • The next time you finish a club shift with club_regular_lily == 0, the introduction fires.

That single shift threshold is the only gate. No Femininity floor, no Submissiveness floor, no Patreon check.

The four stages

Every progression past the introduction is rolled by Club_RegularCheck — a 20% chance per club visit after a shift. So the stage gaps feel organic; you don’t grind them out, you just keep showing up.

Stage 1. Meet at the makeup mirror.

Club_Regular_Lily_Meet. You find another dancer removing stage makeup in the dressing room. Tall, sharp cheekbones, kind eyes. She introduces herself, offers her hand, and tells you she’s been here two years.

She studies you in the mirror and says the thing nobody else has said yet: “I can see it, you know. The scared look. I had the same one when I started.”

Sets club_regular_lily = 1. fem_gain(1).

Stage 2. She fixes your face.

Club_Regular_Lily_2. Lily catches you backstage between sets and pats the bench. Pulls out her makeup bag. “Let me fix your face. No offense, but your blending needs work.”

She works on you with gentle, expert hands. The mirror shows someone different. She tells you, plainly, that she knows what you’re going through and that you’re not alone. “Every trans girl goes through it.”

Sets club_regular_lily = 2. fem_gain(2), Shame -= 1.

This is the stage where the game first uses that word about you, in a friendly voice, with no expectation of agreement.

Stage 3. Girls' night, 3 AM diner.

Club_Regular_Lily_3_Scene. Lily texts you before your shift. “Girls’ night after work? Just us. I know a 24-hour diner.”

You can accept or decline. If you accept, Club_Regular_Lily_GirlsNight fires after the shift. Both of you in work outfits, the waitress calls you both “ladies” without hesitation, and Lily talks about her transition. The hormones, the surgeries, the family she lost and the family she found.

Her line: “The hardest part wasn’t the physical stuff. It was admitting to myself that this is who I am. Once I did that, everything else was just logistics.”

She reaches across the table and takes your hand. “You’re already there, you know. You just haven’t said it out loud yet.”

Sets club_regular_lily = 3. fem_gain(3), Shame -= 2.

If you decline, the stage stays at 2 and the next 20% roll re-offers.

Stage 4. The rooftop.

Club_Regular_Lily_4 -> Club_Regular_Lily_Rooftop. Gated on club_regular_lily == 3 AND club_shifts_worked >= 10.

After your shift, she grabs your arm. “Hey. Come with me. I want to show you something.” Maintenance door, narrow staircase, the rooftop. The city sprawls below.

She sits on the ledge. “This is where I come when it gets too loud down there. Not the music. The expectations.”

Then she asks the question:

“Can I ask you something? And I want an honest answer. Not what you’re becoming. I can see that. I mean, how do you feel about it?”

Three responses, no wrong answer.

Answer Lily’s response
Scared “Good. Scared means you’re paying attention.” She talks about her first two years. “Staying the same and pretending it doesn’t hurt” is scarier than changing.
Free “Yeah. That’s the one that catches you off guard, isn’t it?” Then, with a beat: “Freedom is terrifying. Because once you feel it, you can’t go back to the cage.” Pause. “Well. Not that kind of cage.” You both laugh.
I don’t know “That’s the most honest answer I’ve ever heard.” She leans back. “Some days I still don’t know. And I’ve been doing this for years. The trick is, you don’t have to know. You just have to keep going.”

The scene ends with the line that frames the whole arc: “You’re not performing. You’re arriving.”

Sets club_regular_lily = 4. fem_gain(2), Shame -= 3. SMS follow-up from Lily later that night.

What she unlocks elsewhere

Lily isn’t isolated to the dressing room. Once club_regular_lily >= 2, she becomes the connective tissue for several other systems.

Streaming collabs

Stream_Setup_TipGoal exposes a Collab with Lily choice when club_regular_lily >= 2. She joins your stream, brings +20% round tips and +50% follower gain. Discovery: once you’ve completed 15+ streams without her, Lily_DiscoveryStream fires in MorningEvents and she finds out on her own. “OMG I just saw your channel?? babe meet me at the club tonight, I have THOUGHTS”. Three response branches, all land at club_regular_lily = 4 and unlock the regular collab.

Public challenges

PublicChallenges.PC_Task6.pass1 mentions her by name. “Lily, at her usual booth, raises her glass at you with a small private smile” — she’s in the audience when you nail the dancefloor task.

Endgame

At club_regular_lily >= 3 she’s part of the Independent route endgame:

  • Endgame_Independent_Conversation: “Lily understands me better than anyone.”
  • Endgame_Independent_Leave: she texts you about your new place. “Housewarming when??”
  • Endgame_Independent_Epilogue: “Lily drags you to brunch every Sunday. She introduces you to her friends as ‘my girl.’ Not ‘my colleague.’ Not ‘this person I know.’ My girl.”

Independent ending uses her as proof the player has a chosen family even without Master or Sarah.

Dreams

Dream_Loft_FirstNight has a beat where her voice cuts through the dream. “Brunch tomorrow? I’m buying.”

Tips and gotchas

The bar Lily is a different (non-)character

Bar_FirstShift mentions a bartender named Lily who shows you how to pour. That’s a one-line flavour reference and she never reappears. The arc-driving Lily is at the club. Don’t expect the bar to surface her.

Stage 4 needs 10 club shifts, not 3

Stage 1 fires after 3 shifts. Stage 2 fires from any subsequent Club_RegularCheck roll. Stage 3 fires from any roll after stage 2. Stage 4 needs club_regular_lily == 3 AND club_shifts_worked >= 10. If you’ve reached stage 3 but never seen the rooftop, you probably haven’t worked enough shifts yet.

She's not a romance route

There’s no Stage 5, no intimate scene, no “click here to date Lily.” The mentor frame is the entire content. Reading the rooftop scene as flirty is a misread; she’s older, settled, and the help she’s offering is the help she wishes someone had given her.
