TL;DR
She’s waiting with a folded sheet of notes. She’s done thinking. The conversation opens with one of three shapes, set by the tone you used during Discovery:
| Discovery tone | Sarah tension | Opens with |
|---|---|---|
| Honest | low (<8) | Acceptance offer |
| Vulnerable | any | Acceptance offer |
| Defensive | high (≥7) | Breakup statement |
| Anything else (mixed) | any | She hands the choice to you |
If she hands you the choice, you pick Acceptance, Open Relationship, or Breakup at the table.
What each opening looks like
Acceptance opening. She reads her notes.
She unfolds the page. “I have actual questions. Real ones. I read for about ten hours this week and I still feel stupid, so. Be patient with me.”
She works through her list — is there a word for what this is, are you safe medically, do you still want her. You answer everything. She doesn’t flinch. At the end she sets the page down: “I’m not promising it’ll be easy. I’m not promising I won’t have a bad night about it. But I’m not done with us. Not even close.”
Sets girlfriend_accepts_fem = true. +3 sarah_relationship. Shame -5 (real relief).
Breakup opening. She's done thinking.
She sits down with the same folded paper but never opens it. “I think we have to let go.” The conversation is short. You can attempt to beg her back (one chance, sometimes flips back to Acceptance if the tone wasn’t completely defensive); accept it cleanly; or push her to say more (rarely changes the outcome).
Sets girlfriend_broken_up = true, girlfriend_breakup_day = Day. Sarah_relationship doesn’t change much — the relationship just ends.
Player-choice opening. She doesn't know.
“I don’t know what I want yet. I think I came here to find out by hearing what you want.” She unfolds her hands. Lays them flat. Vulnerable.
Three choices at the table:
- “I want us to try. Just us.” → Acceptance.
- “What if we opened it up?” → Open relationship (sarah_arc = 4). She still keeps you primary, you’re both free to see others.
- “I think we have to let go.” → Breakup.
After Acceptance
She walks you out. Hugs you outside on the kerb. “Saturday. My place this time. I want to cook for you.”
You’re now on the Acceptance arc — five rotating Saturday dates, tender NSFW scenes, eventually the strap-on introduction. Longest content path.
After Breakup
Sarah goes quiet for two weeks. A closure coffee scene (Sarah_Closure_Coffee) can fire on Day +30 if the relationship was healthy enough — friends-now resolution.
If sarah_relationship was still positive at the breakup, an SMS reconciliation window opens 14 days later. One chance to reach back out. After that, she’s done.
After Open
Same Saturday rotation as Acceptance, but you’re both free to see others. After about a month a check-in scene (Sarah_Open_CheckIn) fires — she asks how it’s going for you, tells how it’s going for her. The sarah_open_jealousy counter (0–5) stacks as you push it.
Why isn’t Cuckold here?
Cuckold isn’t picked at the coffee shop — it requires a parallel offer from the Master (gated on MR 6+, sarah_tension 4+, Discovery already done, arc not yet locked). If you accept the Master’s offer, the arc flips to Cuckold and the coffee shop never fires.
In other words: if you want Cuckold, take the Master’s offer before responding to the Day +12 SMS.
Can I retry?
- Breakup → Acceptance: only via the beg-back attempt at the coffee shop, OR the 14-day reconciliation SMS.
- Acceptance / Open → Cuckold: not possible once the coffee shop has fired. The Master offer requires the arc to be unset.
- Acceptance → Open or vice versa: not switchable post-decision.
